About Color Guess
Color Guess turns a web designer's everyday puzzle into a quick game. At the top of the screen you get a color written as an RGB value, like RGB(224, 142, 193), and below it six colored circles. Only one of them is the real match: your job is to picture the color from its red, green and blue numbers and tap the right circle.
A correct pick earns 3 points, while a wrong one simply tells you to try again, so you can keep guessing until you find it. Press Change colors to get a brand new code and six fresh circles, and see how high you can push your score.
The calm, minimal design makes it a relaxing brain teaser, and it is a surprisingly effective way for students, designers and developers to build a real feel for how RGB values mix into colors.
How to play
Look at the RGB value shown at the top and click or tap the circle you think has that exact color. A correct guess adds 3 points to your score; a wrong guess costs nothing, so try again. Press Change colors to start a new round with a new code.

Tips
- Find the biggest of the three numbers first: it tells you which channel, red, green or blue, dominates the color.
- High values on all three channels mean a light, pastel color, while low values on all three mean a dark one.
- When two channels are close and high, think of the mixes: red and green make yellow, green and blue make cyan, red and blue make magenta.
- Wrong guesses are free, so rule out the obvious mismatches before choosing between similar circles.
